Iron Man Game Reveal Expected Next Week
EA Motive and SEED are set to unveil their innovative approach to texture creation at the upcoming Game Developers Conference. They will showcase their "Texture Sets" technology, which streamlines the process of texture management across games like Dead Space and Iron Man. By consolidating related texture sets into a single resource, this method not only enhances processing efficiency but also facilitates the creation of new textures. The session will be led by Martin Palko, EA's lead technical artist, who will delve into the intricacies of texture and graphic design.

Announced in 2022, the project has been shrouded in mystery, sparking rumors of cancellation. However, EA Motive's participation in GDC confirms the game's active development. The conference is scheduled from March 17 to 21, 2025.
Details about the Iron Man game remain scarce, but it is confirmed to be a single-player experience featuring RPG elements and an open world, all powered by Unreal Engine 5. Fans can also expect the integration of the flight system from Anthem, leveraging EA Motive's previous work to enhance gameplay.
