Infinity Nikki's Phenomenal Debut: $16 Million in First-Month Revenue
Infinity Nikki, the latest installment in the popular Nikki dress-up game series, has shattered expectations, generating nearly $16 million in mobile revenue during its first month. This surpasses the previous Nikki games' performance by a significant margin, exceeding Love Nikki's first-month revenue by over 40 times.
The game's success is primarily attributed to its strong reception in China, where it garnered over 5 million downloads, representing more than 42% of its total downloads. This impressive launch followed a strong initial week, earning $3.51 million, followed by $4.26 million and $3.84 million in the subsequent weeks. While weekly revenue saw a natural decline to $1.66 million by the fifth week, the cumulative total still reached a remarkable $16 million.
The game's initial daily revenue peaked at over $1.1 million on December 6th, but experienced fluctuations afterward. Daily earnings dipped below $500,000 on December 21st, reaching a low of $141,000 on December 26th. However, the release of Version 1.1. spurred a significant rebound, with revenue nearly tripling to $665,000 on December 30th.
Set in the captivating world of Miraland, Infinity Nikki features a charming narrative, diverse cultures, and magical outfits that are crucial to gameplay. Players guide Nikki and her cat, Momo, through enchanting lands, solving puzzles and overcoming challenges using the magical powers imbued in Nikki's attire. With 30 million pre-registrations, the game's popularity was evident even before its launch.
Infinity Nikki is currently available for free on iOS, Android, PC, and PlayStation 5. The developers plan to maintain the game's momentum through regular updates and seasonal events, ensuring a consistently engaging experience for players.
