• Note: Suits (clubs, diamonds, hearts, spades) are irrelevant.

Special Hand Rankings:

• 3 West (3 Tien): Three face cards (J, Q, K).
• 3 Scratch: Three cards of the same rank (e.g., 3-3-3).

Scores are compared: 0 (Compensation) is the lowest, followed by other scores, then 3 Scratch, and finally 3 West (highest).
