Game Objective

The key to winning Hearts is finishing with the lowest score. During each trick:

• You must match the lead suit (Clubs) if possible
• When void in the lead suit, you may play any card except Hearts or the Queen of Spades on the opening trick
• The highest card of the lead suit wins the trick and leads the next round

Scoring Rules

Scoring adds strategic depth to the game:

• Each Heart in a captured trick scores 1 point
• The Queen of Spades costs 13 points
• Landing all Hearts plus the Queen (Shooting the Moon) gives you 0 points while opponents suffer 26 points each

The game concludes when any player reaches/exceeds 100 points.
