"Pokemon TCG Pocket Unveils Shining Revelry, Hints at Ranked Matches"
The latest expansion for Pokémon TCG Pocket, Shining Revelry, has brought a dazzling array of over 110 new cards to the game, including shiny variants that have me itching to spend more Hourglasses on 10-pack pulls. The expansion introduces new cards from the Paldea region, adding even more excitement to the mix. As soon as the update hit, I dove right in and used a bunch of my Pack Hourglasses to open ten packs. My luck paid off with a Charizard EX, though the rest of the haul was less impressive.
One card that did catch my eye was the Pokémon Center Lady, which is great for healing Special Conditions like Burn—a handy trick to have up your sleeve during intense battles.

Following the pattern of previous updates, Shining Revelry also introduces an Emblem event, allowing players to earn stylish new badges to show off to friends. But the real excitement comes with the introduction of Ranked Matches, where you can compete against other Trainers and climb from Beginner to Master Ball Rank. Your progress will be tracked with points, and at the end of the season, which lasts about a month, you'll receive a special emblem.
This new feature has me eager to dust off my dueling skills and start building competitive decks.
If you're ready to dive into the fun, you can download Pokémon TCG Pocket for free from the App Store or Google Play, though it does offer in-app purchases.
