To find the Iron Pipe, you'll need to head into the sewers and try your luck with fishing. The easiest sewer to reach is near the Resistance Camp. Simply fast travel to the camp, exit, and follow the path to the right towards the Amusement Park. After hopping over a small gap, you'll find yourself under a highway. Look to your right for an open manhole you can climb down.

Once inside the sewer, stand in the water and start fishing. Be prepared to catch various junk items alongside the Iron Pipe, all of which can be sold for money. There's no special technique here; it might take a few tries or several minutes. Since it's dark, turn on your pod's light to better see when your lure goes underwater, making the process smoother.
