In 2022, Jim Kay stepped down from illustrating the series. However, Bloomsbury Publishing announced on March 10 that Levi Pinfold will take over the illustrations for the final two books. Levi Pinfold, who previously designed the covers for the Harry Potter Hogwarts House Editions and contributed to The Harry Potter Wizarding Almanac, is set to bring his unique artistic vision to the series.
