Here's a comprehensive guide on all the Oni Masks available in Fortnite and how to secure them.

This guide has been updated to include how to get Oni Masks from Daigo and a new reliable spot where you can grab both masks for free, every time.

All Oni Masks & How To Use Them

Void Oni Mask

The Void Oni Mask stands out as a top choice in Fortnite, offering exceptional mobility. Equip the mask and use the Shoot Button to throw a Void Tear. Then, aim with the Aim Button to teleport to the Void Tear's location. The Epic Variant of the Void Oni Mask comes with 15 uses and a 5-second cooldown, while the Mythic version ups the ante with 50 uses.

Fire Oni Mask

The Fire Oni Mask is all about offense. Press the Fire Button to unleash a guided flame projectile that inflicts 100 damage upon impact. It's perfect for hitting multiple enemies if they're clustered together. The Epic Fire Oni Mask has 8 uses with an 8-second cooldown, while the Mythic variant increases this to 16 uses.

How To Get Oni Masks in Fortnite

Searching Elemental Chests

The most direct method to obtain Oni Masks is by looting Elemental Chests. These chests guarantee an elemental item, including Oni Masks and Boons. You can find both the Void and Fire Oni Masks this way, though it does involve a bit of luck. Elemental Chests are scattered across the Fortnite map, with named Points of Interest (POIs) offering the highest likelihood of encountering one.

Defeating Demon Warriors

Another way to secure Oni Masks is by taking down Demon Warriors. These warriors appear at specific locations, marked by an Oni Mask icon on your map. While defeating them doesn't always guarantee an Oni Mask, they might drop either a Void or Fire Oni Mask, depending on what they're carrying. Defeating Demon Warriors can also yield Typhoon Blades and a Fire or Void Boon.

Searching Chests

Apart from battling bosses and looting Elemental Chests, Oni Masks can also be found in regular Chests. Every Chest has a chance to drop both the Fire and Void Oni Masks at Epic Rarity. However, this method relies heavily on luck.

Purchase From Daigon

If you prefer a guaranteed method, you can purchase both Oni Masks from Daigo at Masked Meadows using Gold Bars. Both the Void and Fire Oni Masks are available for purchase, but you'll need to complete all stages of Daigo's Mask Expertise Quests to unlock this option.

Loot From Daigon's Hidden Workshop

For a hassle-free approach, head to Daigon's hidden workshop, located beneath the building on the north side of Masked Meadows. Inside, you'll find a machine with both Oni Masks attached. Simply loot this machine like a regular chest, and you'll secure both the Void and Fire Oni Masks.

Defeating Bosses (Mythic Oni Masks Only)

To get your hands on the Mythic Oni Masks, you'll need to challenge bosses. The Mythic Void Oni Mask is dropped by Night Rose at Demon's Dojo, while the Mythic Fire Oni Mask can be obtained by defeating Shogun X at Shogun's Arena. These Mythic Masks function similarly to their Epic counterparts but come with more uses, giving you an edge in battle.
