Fun Dog Studios has just rolled out an exciting major update titled "The Descent to Averno is Easy" for their extraction-survival game, The Forever Winter, which is currently in early access. This patch brings significant enhancements to core mechanics, promising a richer and more engaging player experience.

One of the most groundbreaking changes introduced is the revamped water system. Now, water functions as a currency that players can use to access various regions within the game. The cost to enter these areas fluctuates daily, adding a strategic element to resource management. Players have the option to trade water with their teammates before matches, which encourages cooperative play.
