Battlecruisers Marks 4th Anniversary with Trans Edition Update

Battlecruisers is marking its fourth year in the gaming world with a monumental update, the 'Trans Edition,' brought to you by Mecha Weka. This significant release introduces an array of exciting new content for both single-player and multiplayer enthusiasts.

What’s in Store in Battlecruisers 6.4 Trans Edition?

The update brings three new cruisers into the mix: Goatherd, Pistol, and Megalith, each adding unique dynamics to your fleet. Alongside these, two new buildings, Cannon and Sledgehammer, and two new units, SpyPlane and MissileFighter, are now available for players to strategize with.

For those looking to personalize their existing cruisers, the Trans Edition offers three new bodykits: Longbow Fringe, Rickshaw Scathis, and Yeti Corpse Piler, providing fresh customization options.

In skirmishes, players can now select from Man o’ War, Huntress Prime, and Fortress Prime, enhancing the tactical gameplay. PvP matches have been upgraded with a new countdown start system, and aircraft trails now reflect the player's colors, adding a personal touch to the battles.

The update also includes a plethora of balancing changes. Ships like the Raptor have seen significant buffs, with its shield build and recharge rate increasing from 3x to 5x, and the Hammerhead's health rising from 4000 to 4200. The ShipTurret's damage has been enhanced from 40 to 60, though its range has been reduced from 19 to 16, necessitating new strategic considerations.

Visually, Battlecruisers now boasts enhanced underwater transparency, allowing players to appreciate the wreckage of their defeated foes. The sea environment is more realistically shaded, and the visual effects of cruiser and ship destruction have been improved for a more immersive experience.

Played the Game Yet?

Since its debut in 2021, Battlecruisers has consistently delivered major updates annually. The Trans Edition continues this tradition by introducing more side quests and a mysterious Battlefortress hidden in the South Pacific, adding layers of intrigue and adventure.

Set in a Flooded Earth in the year 2732, the game's universe is populated solely by robots engaged in construction and warfare. As a player, you command your own Battlecruiser, equipping it with turrets, nuke launchers, and ultraweapons to navigate the perilous landscape and confront formidable adversaries.
