Albion Online

Albion Online, the immersive medieval fantasy MMORPG developed by Sandbox Interactive, is set to launch its highly anticipated update, Rogue Frontier, on February 3rd. With less than a month to go, fans are buzzing with excitement over the detailed revelations of what this major update will bring to the game.

What’s Happening in the Outlands?

The heart of the Rogue Frontier update lies in the Outlands, where a group of rebels known as The Smugglers are making their mark. Tired of the Royal Continent's stringent regulations, these outlaws have established secret underground hideouts dubbed Smuggler’s Dens. These dens serve as crucial hubs for banking, repairs, and planning your next adventure. Each den is interconnected through the Smuggler’s Network, a sophisticated system that links marketplaces throughout the Outlands, enhancing trade and interaction.

The Smugglers have formed their own Faction and are locked in a perpetual struggle against the Royal Guards. Players can engage with the Smugglers by assisting in various missions, such as rescuing captured members from enemy forces or delivering contraband hidden within Smuggler Crates, adding a thrilling layer of espionage and adventure to the game.

Loyalty Has Its Perks in the Rogue Frontier Update of Albion Online

For those who pledge their allegiance to the Smugglers, rewards await. Maggy Slade, a notorious trader found within the dens, offers exclusive items in return for loyalty. Players can earn the Smuggler’s Vanity Set, a Smuggler’s Cape that reduces potion cooldowns, and a coveted Smuggler’s Ring and Avatar.

The Rogue Frontier update introduces Kill Trophies, a new feature where defeating other players might yield these valuable items. The quality of the loot on your vanquished opponent increases your chances of obtaining a Kill Trophy, adding an extra layer of competition and reward to player versus player combat.

Moreover, the update brings a range of stylish new weapons to Albion Online. The Rotcaller Staff allows players to summon a mist-spewing form that repels enemies, the Skystrider Bow enables levitation and long-range attacks from above, and the Forcepulse Bracers emit shockwaves as you dash into battle, offering diverse and exciting ways to engage with foes.

Get ready for the Rogue Frontier update by downloading Albion Online from the Google Play Store and preparing for the action-packed changes coming on February 3rd.
