With WiFi connectivity, the My VIDA app offers features like Turn-By-Turn navigation, hands-free call management, missed call and SMS alerts, and phone stats monitoring, including network, battery, and connection status with the app. Through Cloud connectivity, you can enjoy remote immobilization, live tracking, the ability to share your scooter's location, trip analysis, and emergency alerts for situations like panic, theft, battery removal, fall down, and accidents. Additional features include geofencing, incognito mode, custom driving modes, and over-the-air (OTA) updates. BLE connectivity enables you to lock/unlock your vehicle, turn the ignition on/off, open the boot, and even ping your scooter.

Moreover, the app allows you to schedule and charge your vehicle at the nearest charging station, plan your commute and navigation in advance, and request service at home, on the road, or at a service station.
