To ensure compatibility and optimal performance, please note the following requirements:
- Compatible with Alfen’s Eve Single S-line and Eve Single Pro-line EV charging stations
- Requires NG Firmware 6.3 or higher
- Charging station and mobile device must be connected to the same LAN network via an ethernet cable between the router and the charging station
- A first-time login password is required for the charging station
- An Active Load Balancing (ALB) license is required for solar charging
