Game Enhancements

While largely free-to-play, optional upgrades enhance your gameplay experience. Customize your starting position, selecting your faction and initial territory. Engage in thrilling fantasy battles between any two cultures, deploying as many warriors as your device can handle. Furthermore, edit individual character attributes – though the game utilizes up to 1000 regularly replaced characters.

Intuitive Controls

Individual character control offers two options: the classic single-handed system or the dual-wield system for separate hand control. Consult the in-game "Controls" guide (accessible via the dateline pause menu) if needed. In-game hints are also available within scrolls and books.

Switch between controlled team members by tapping their health meter or directly selecting them on the battlefield. Activate "Commander" mode using the on-screen arrows to issue broad commands (relocation, attack, object interaction) via swipes. Remember, unit actions are based on their individual priorities and circumstances.

Zoom in/out using the standard pinch-to-zoom gesture.

Strategic Map

The main "Campaign" mode demands territorial expansion. Move units between connected areas to fortify existing territories or seize enemy territory. Only half of a territory's units are available for movement at any given time, making invasion more challenging than defense.

Territorial populations may grow between rounds; controlling numerous territories is key. Units gradually regenerate health, encouraging varied location usage per turn.

Performance Considerations

This is my most ambitious game yet, and high-end devices are recommended for optimal performance. Reduce the "Population" setting to decrease on-screen units, or adjust other settings under "Display" options.
