How to Play 101 Çanak Okey

101 Çanak Okey is traditionally played with four players. The game pieces come in four colors: Red, Black, Yellow, and Blue, numbered from 1 to 13, with two fake Okeys. In total, there are 106 stones.

At the start, all stones are mixed and automatically distributed among the players. The player next to the dealer receives 22 stones, while the others get 21. Players then arrange their stones into groups or pairs based on cues.

Undistributed stones are placed in the middle of the table, with one stone revealed as the indicator stone. The Okey stone, which matches the indicator stone's color and number, can be used as a wildcard for any piece.

Finishing with an Okey stone doubles the points earned. In normal play, players form sequences or sets with their stones. Sequences are formed by arranging stones of the same color in numerical order, while sets are formed by grouping stones of the same number across different colors.

To win, a player must arrange all their stones into pairs, and upon achieving seven pairs, they drag the last stone to the center of the table, ending the game. A normal finish, where the final discarded stone is not an Okey, results in a deduction of 101 points from the winner's score.
