If you have a security email set up, you'll see a "Forgot Password" option after entering the wrong password. Follow the prompts to reset your password. If you don't have a security email but have backed up your data to the cloud, you can recover it by reinstalling the Vault app.

2. How do I enter Vault in stealth mode?

To access Vault when in stealth mode, either add the Vault widget to your home screen and tap it to enter your password, or download "NQ calculator" from Google Play, open it, input the correct password, and tap "=".

3. Why are my photos/videos lost?

Some cleaning or storage management apps might delete Vault's data folder (mnt/sdcard/SystemAndroid). Avoid selecting this folder for deletion. You can also use Vault's "Cloud Backup" feature to safeguard your media.
