WoW Anniversary Currency Reminder: Time to Spend!

Patch 11.1 of World of Warcraft will automatically convert leftover Bronze Celebration Tokens into Timewarped Badges. This conversion, at a rate of 1 Bronze Celebration Token to 20 Timewarped Badges, will occur upon a player's first login after the patch launches.

The World of Warcraft 20th-anniversary event, concluding after 11 weeks, allowed players to accumulate Bronze Celebration Tokens used for purchasing revamped Tier 2 sets and anniversary items. Any remaining tokens could already be exchanged for Timewarped Badges, the currency for Timewalking events. Blizzard confirmed these tokens will not be used again.

This automatic conversion in Patch 11.1 ensures players don't retain useless currency. While the patch's release date remains unannounced, February 25th is a strong possibility, given the timing of other in-game events (Plunderstorm and Turbulent Timeways). This means the conversion will likely occur after the second Turbulent Timeways event concludes. Timewarped Badge rewards remain permanently available, allowing players to save their converted currency for future Timewalking events.
