Tyler's 'First Proper Update' v0.3.4 Now Available for Testing
The overnight success story of Drug Dealer Simulator Schedule I continues to captivate gamers as it remains one of Steam's top-played titles. The game's developer, Tyler, has just rolled out the first significant post-launch update, version 0.3.4, and shared the accompanying patch notes on the game's Steam page. This update is currently available for testing on the beta branch, and Tyler has mentioned that it will stay there for a day or two before a full release. Players eager to test the new features can opt into the beta branch right away.
Tyler noted that the beta version of 0.3.4 doesn't encompass all the features planned for the full release. "I'll be adding a few more decorative objects tomorrow [April 8]," he explained, emphasizing his urgency to release the beta so that new wall-mounted objects and the pawn shop interface can be thoroughly tested by the community.

Schedule I skyrocketed to the top of Steam's sales charts upon its launch, outpacing heavyweights like Monster Hunter Wilds, GTA 5, and Marvel Rivals. Its viral spread across social media, Twitch, and YouTube has contributed significantly to its popularity. In the game, players start as small-time dealers in the gritty city of Hyland Point and work their way up to becoming drug empire kingpins, managing everything from manufacturing to distribution, and expanding their operations with properties, businesses, and employees.
The mastermind behind Schedule I is the Australian indie developer Tyler, operating under the banner of TVGS. He expressed his astonishment at the game's explosive launch, describing it as "amazing but pretty overwhelming." In a post on Reddit, Tyler shared his focus on delivering patches quickly and his excitement about starting on content updates once all major bugs are addressed.
