If I had to choose a favorite among these three films, I'd probably end up lying to you. Or I'd pick one and immediately feel like I'm being dishonest. Get Out is, in my opinion, one of the greatest directorial debuts in film history. Lupita Nyong'o's performance in Us stands out as one of the most compelling I've ever seen in horror. And watching Nope on the big screen was an absolutely awe-inspiring experience I'll never forget.

Nope is also the most recent physical release, making it the one horror fans are least likely to own already. It's also a film that doesn't fit neatly into the "horror" category alone. IGN's 9/10 review describes Nope as “a sci-fi-horror-comedy that builds cinematic myths before casually tearing them down... from a studio director operating at the peak of his abilities.”

Jordan Peele's Next Film Arrives in 2026

Jordan Peele's next directorial project is scheduled to hit theaters in October 2026. Expectations are undoubtedly high, but this is a filmmaker who consistently delivers. Peele's production company, Monkeypaw, is also set to release the sports horror film Him later this year. In a different medium, the director is collaborating with gaming legend Hideo Kojima on an upcoming title currently known as OD.

Other Horror Movies in the Sale:

The 2021 Candyman reboot, which Peele co-wrote, is also part of the promotion. I’ll likely use that as my justification to pick up another set of three movies.
