The evolved Inferno Dragon introduces significant gameplay changes. Unlike its predecessor that reset damage when switching targets, this upgraded version maintains accumulating damage for greater battlefield impact.
Inferno Dragon Evolution Ignites Clash Royale's New Season
The season titled How to Evolve Your Dragon! debuts the Inferno Dragon Evolution alongside the return of the competitive 2v2 League. Partner with friends or random allies to climb the rankings.
Milestone Events beginning at Arena 7 offer rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetic items.
Crown Chase #1 provides a Battle Banner with frame and decoration plus an Epic Book of Cards, followed by Crown Chase #2 offering another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.
To showcase evolving cards, developers have scheduled various Game Modes and Challenges through June and early July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft runs June 2-9, followed by the Inferno Dragon Challenge June 6-9 awarding a Battle Banner and Emote.
Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16) permits decks with up to 4 Evolution Cards, while Magical Trio (June 16-23) and 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30) offer alternative formats. Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7) pushes limits with decks containing up to 8 Evolution Cards.
