Tinkatink Debuts in Pokémon Go for Pokémon Horizons: Season 2 Celebration

The Horizons Celebration event is making a vibrant return to Pokémon Go, and it's introducing a delightful trio of new Pokémon to the mix. From April 16th to 22nd, players will have the chance to encounter Tinkatink, along with its evolutions, Tinkatuff and Tinkaton, for the very first time. These charming Pokémon are not just cute but also come equipped with hammers that are more than mere accessories. Tinkaton, in particular, is known for its playful yet powerful rock-throwing antics against Corviknight. To evolve Tinkatink all the way to Tinkaton, you'll need to gather approximately 125 Candy throughout the event week.

Adding a touch of flair to the festivities, Floragato will appear in a special costumed version, donning a hat adorned with Liko's pin. This stylish Floragato can be found roaming in the wild, hatching from Eggs, and even appearing in Raids. Keep an eye out for its Shiny variant as well. Alongside Floragato, other Pokémon such as Pikachu wearing Cap's hat and Charcadet might make an appearance.

The event also features a selection of beloved Paldea Pokémon like Fuecoco, Sprigatito, Quaxly, and Pawmi, which will be wandering in the wild. Seven km Eggs will offer a chance to hatch familiar favorites such as Hatenna and Elekid, alongside the newcomer Tinkatink. Don't miss out on the snapshot surprises either, as characters from the Horizons series and their Pokémon might photobomb your pictures.

On the competitive front, Pikachu in Cap's hat will wield the powerful move Volt Tackle. Raid battles will be bustling with encounters like Charizard, Metagross, Alolan Muk, and more Floragato. For those hunting bonuses, Team Go Rocket balloons will appear more frequently, Egg hatch distances will be halved, and there will be increased chances of encountering Shiny Pokémon along with higher Stardust rewards.
