Your adventure in Thorncrown Rises involves navigating to three distinct towers, each crucial for completing segments of the Shadow of the Past Quest, which is divided into three sub-Quests:

• Shadow of the Towers: Resounding Rise: Located in the northeastern part of Thorncrown Rises.
• Shadow of the Towers: Twilight Rise: Situated in the southern section of Thorncrown Rises.
• Shadow of the Towers: Command Rise: Found in the southwestern area of Thorncrown Rises.

Shadow of the Towers: Resounding Rise

The Resounding Rise Tower stands majestically in the northeast corner of Thorncrown Rises. To embark on the Shadow of the Towers: Resounding Rise sub-Quest, you'll first need to converse with Itzel, who awaits you just east of the Tower. Once inside, embark on a quest of exploration and combat:

• Begin by interacting with the painting at the hallway's end, stepping into its mysterious world.
• Follow the Quest marker to track down the elusive Abyssal Mercator.
• Engage and defeat it, then secure the northern Basic Supply chest.
• Venture to the western room to claim another Supply chest.
• Proceed to the eastern room and enter the second painting.
• Confront the Abyssal Mercator once again.
• Clear out enemies in both the eastern and western rooms to claim additional Supply chests.
• Head north, guided by the Quest marker, to continue your pursuit of the Abyssal Mercator.
• Defeat it for the third time.
• Touch the painting behind it to delve deeper into the mystery.
• Open the chest at the hallway's end to halt the onslaught of shooting enemies.
• Face off against the final Wuthering Waves enemy that blocks your path.

To successfully complete the Shadow of the Towers: Resounding Rise sub-Quest, you must rearrange the paintings correctly:

• Move the top left painting to the bottom right display.
• Hold the painting behind the top left display and place it on the bottom left display.
• Shift the top right painting to the top left display.
• Retrieve the painting behind the bottom right display and position it on the top right display.
• Claim your well-earned Premium Supply chest.

Finally, interact with the painting once more to battle the Abyssal Mercator for the last time. After defeating it, speak with Itzel and claim the Tidal Supply chest. This victory will weaken one of the barriers at the Command Rise Tower.

Shadow of the Towers: Twilight Rise

After leaving the Resounding Rise Tower, make your way southeast to the Twilight Rise Tower. Upon arrival, engage in conversation with Insula to gain entry. Inside, follow the Quest marker until you realize you're trapped in a loop, prompting Insula's reappearance:

• Investigate the three marked spots to uncover essential clues.
• Engage in dialogue with Insula.
• Discover the secret passageway hidden beneath the elevator.
• Confront and defeat the Abyssal Patricius.
• Secure the Supply chest and press on.
• Battle the Abyssal Patricius for the final time.
• Converse with Insula once more.
• Collect the Tidal Supply chest.

Completing these steps will finish the Shadow of the Towers: Twilight Rise Quest and further weaken the barriers at the Command Rise Tower.

Shadow of the Towers: Command Rise

Upon completing the previous segments, the Shadow of the Past: Command Rise Tower sub-Quest will automatically initiate. To progress, follow these steps:

• Travel to the camp northeast of the Command Rise Tower to meet Insula and Itzel.
• Utilize the Wingray northwest of the beach to soar towards the Command Rise Tower.
• Enter the Tower and delve deeper by following the Quest marker.
• Secure the Supply chest west of the moving libraries.
• Employ the Grapple to ascend.
• Retrieve the Basic Supply chest nestled between jars, then defeat enemies on the opposite balcony to claim another Supply chest.
• Proceed to the Quest marker to face the Abyssal Patricius.
• Collect the chest and continue using the Grapple to climb higher.

As you ascend, meticulously explore the Command Rise Tower to uncover numerous Supply chests and two Sonance Caskets: Ragunna.

Reach the tower's pinnacle using the chandelier's mechanics. Upon arrival, you'll discover Liel's tragic fate. Speak with Insula and Itzel, then use the portal behind them to confront the Abyssal Patricius. Defeat it to obtain the Call of the Abyss Rectifier and a Premium Supply chest.

Exiting the Command Rise Tower through the portal and conversing with your companions will grant you the King of Thessaleo Achievement and the Shadow of the Tower Achievement in Wuthering Waves.
