Director Hideo Kojima kicked off the panel with a 10-minute gameplay trailer that offered fresh narrative glimpses and mechanics, continuing the franchise's exploration of human connections in a fractured world.

The presentation featured PlayStation's Kristen Zitan alongside returning cast members Norman Reedus as Sam Porter Bridges, Troy Baker, and musical contributor Woodkid.
