inZOI Romance Guide

While similar to The Sims' romance system, inZOI introduces more nuanced relationship mechanics. You can develop three relationship types with ZOIs: professional, platonic, or romantic. To pursue romance, you'll need to consistently select romantic interaction options.

Relationships can be further customized once romance is initiated. You can declare true love or keep things casual - inZOI offers more detailed emotional dynamics than traditional life sims.

Choosing Romantic Dialogue

Begin by conversing with your desired Zoi to learn about their Traits, values, and personal circumstances. Once acquainted, select "More" in dialogue options and choose the Romance category.

Start with light romantic interactions like compliments before progressing to deeper conversations. Monitor your relationship meter - successful romantic advances will establish you as Mutual Crushes. From there, you can begin dating and further develop the relationship.

Getting Married

After becoming "true loves," you'll unlock marriage proposals. You can elope immediately or plan a wedding ceremony to celebrate with friends. Post-marriage, couples can live together in either partner's home or relocate to a new residence.
