Sabrina Carpenter's album preorders open on Fortnite
How do you even begin to describe global superstar Sabrina Carpenter? The pop sensation recently transformed Fortnite into a virtual peace rally, and now she's somehow found time to create more music while launching preorders for her brand-new album.

Man's Best Friend [Translucent Light Brown LP] [Amazon Exclusive]
Release Date: August 29, 2025
$32.99 at Amazon
After joining Fortnite in April as the Season 8 Icon for Fortnite Festival, she completely transformed the battle royale experience with hit tracks like "Juno" and "Nonsense." Her in-game skin became so popular that players would literally drop their weapons just to dance along. The collaboration included themed cosmetics, a signature outfit, and the whimsically named "A Sweet Little Bundle" - because of course it did.
Her upcoming album "Man's Best Friend," releasing August 29th, follows the massive success of "Short n' Sweet." Preorders are already available across major retailers including Amazon and Walmart. Amazon offers an exclusive Translucent Light Brown Vinyl LP for $33, along with a Light Blue Cassette for $18 and an Audio CD for $14 - proving that physical media is making a triumphant comeback, and honestly, it's about time.

With her new album available for preorder, Sabrina looks poised to transition from virtual peacekeeper to real-world chart-topper all over again this year (at least in this writer's opinion).
Since her April 2025 Fortnite debut, Epic Games continues experimenting with fresh content to maintain player engagement - from superhero seasons to that bizarre Star Wars mode without traditional ammo, plus the new Blitz Royale format.
Player numbers have declined since last year's peak moments featuring Squid Game-inspired maps, Doctor Doom boss battles, Times Square concerts, and that legendary in-game event starring Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Ice Spice, and Juice Wrld. However, there are signs of renewed momentum.
Only time will tell if these efforts help Fortnite regain ground from Roblox hits like "Grow a Garden." But if Sabrina Carpenter's inclusion helped spark this resurgence? Epic will happily ride this wave as long as possible.
