Does Pity Carry Over in Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium? Answered

Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium's Pity System Explained: Does Pity Carry Over Between Banners?

Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium, Sunborn's free-to-play tactical RPG for PC and mobile, features gacha mechanics. A common question among players revolves around the pity counter and whether progress carries over between banners. The short answer is: yes, for limited banners.

Your accumulated pity counter and pulls from one limited-time banner will transfer to the next. This was observed during the global launch with the simultaneous Suomi and Ullrid banners. Pulling on either banner increased the pity counter for both. Therefore, nearing pity on one banner allows switching to the other for an immediate 50/50 chance at the featured character. This system, confirmed by Chinese players on Reddit, applies to all future limited banners.

However, it's crucial to understand that pity does not transfer between limited and standard banners. Progress on the standard banner won't help you reach pity on a limited banner, and vice versa.

While hard pity is reached at 80 pulls, a soft pity system begins at 58 pulls. After 58 pulls without an SSR unit, your chances gradually increase until hard pity is guaranteed at pull 80.

This clarification should resolve any uncertainty about Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium's pity system. For further game guides, including rerolling, tier lists, and mailbox locations, check out The Escapist.
