Your accumulated pity counter and pulls from one limited-time banner will transfer to the next. This was observed during the global launch with the simultaneous Suomi and Ullrid banners. Pulling on either banner increased the pity counter for both. Therefore, nearing pity on one banner allows switching to the other for an immediate 50/50 chance at the featured character. However, it's crucial to understand that pity does not transfer between limited and standard banners. Progress on the standard banner won't help you reach pity on a limited banner, and vice versa.
