Rauora Joins Rainbow Six Siege Roster

The Six Invitational's grand finale marks Ubisoft's annual stage for major Rainbow Six Siege announcements. Among these longstanding traditions is revealing the year's new operator, with New Zealand attacker Rauora taking the spotlight this season.

Rauora's signature gadget is the DOM launcher - a bulletproof doorway shield (vulnerable to explosives) featuring unique trigger mechanics. While any operator can shoot its activation mechanism, the breach speed varies dramatically: attackers enjoy a swift 1-second deployment whereas defenders face a sluggish 3-second delay. This timing difference could prove decisive during defuse scenarios.

The operator introduces fresh firepower to Siege with her Reaper MK2 secondary - a fully automatic pistol boasting red dot optics and extended magazine capacity. Her primary arsenal offers tactical flexibility between the M249 LMG and 417 marksman rifle.
