Monster Hunter Now Unveils Spring Hunt 2025 Update!

In the second update of Season 5: The Blossoming Blade, Monster Hunter Now is rolling out an exciting event dubbed Spring Hunt 2025. This online paid event is scheduled to take place from May 24th to May 25th, 2025, and is set to bring players an exclusive focus on the elusive elder dragon, Chameleos.

What’s the Spring Hunt 2025 in Monster Hunter Now?

The Spring Hunt 2025 event is your ticket to an exhilarating hunt. To participate, you'll need an event ticket available for purchase from the Monster Hunter Now shop. Once you've secured your ticket, you'll unlock a series of uninterrupted Elder Dragon Interceptions, featuring none other than Chameleos. No more waiting between Interceptions and Hunt-a-thons, ensuring you can dive straight into the action. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to claim exclusive Chameleos-themed layered gear as a bonus.

During the Spring Hunt event, the Event Exchange Hubs will be bustling with activity. Two hubs will be available for your convenience. The Spring Hunt Eve Exchange Hub will open its doors from May 19th at 9:00 a.m. and will remain operational until June 2nd at 11:59 p.m. You can earn tokens by taking down large monsters or elder dragons between May 19th and May 25th. These tokens can then be exchanged for valuable items such as a Silver Rathalos Plate, Glavenus Plate, Wyvern Gem Shard, and more.

Eager to Get Your Hands on Chameleos?

Chameleos, the master of stealth, is renowned for its ability to vanish into thin air and release a disorienting fog. As of May 24th, 2025, you can engage in Elder Dragon Interceptions to challenge this elusive creature. If you're ranked 100 or above, you'll have the opportunity to face Chameleos in 8-star Elder Dragon Interceptions once they enter the preliminary state, starting at 9:00 a.m. on the 24th. To increase your chances of success, arm yourself with weapons that exploit Chameleos' vulnerabilities to Fire, Dragon, and Blast.

Defeating Chameleos rewards you with materials to forge the new Mizuha Set armor. This armor set features the Chameleos Venomist skill, which reduces the duration of poison and venom effects by half and enhances your ability to inflict poison on enemies. The arsenal of weapons you can craft from Chameleos materials is vast, including Dual Blades, Great Sword, Long Sword, Hammer, Gunlance, Switch Axe, Charge Blade, and Bow. Don't miss out on this opportunity—download Monster Hunter Now from the Google Play Store and prepare for the Spring Hunt 2025.
