How to Solve All Password and Padlock Combinations in Lost Records: Bloom and Rage

Remember, if you miss solving a puzzle like the Corey and Dylan love lock early in Tape 1, you can always revisit it using the game's Scene Selection menu. Additionally, utilize Collectible Mode to gather missed items without impacting your story progression.

Corey and Dylan Lovelock in Scene 10 (Lights, Camera, Action!)

The first padlock puzzle you'll encounter is in Scene 10 of Tape 1, titled ‘Lights, Camera, Action!’. After completing the Forest Girls Memoir in the initial area, navigate through the park by squeezing between two massive boulders. As you follow Swann and the others, you'll come across a wire fence adorned with "love locks" from young couples. Among them is Corey and Dylan's lock.

For a bit of playful mischief, you can unlock their love lock, but you'll need the correct four-digit combination. The clue to this code isn't available until Scene 24, towards the end of Tape 1. While searching for the Blue Spruce Bar Gate padlock solution, check Corey’s Bag on his bike in the parking lot. Inside, you'll find a Polaroid photo with a caption marking Corey and Dylan’s anniversary date: August 27, 1994. This date is your key to unlocking the padlock.

Once you have the code, use the Scene Selection Menu and Collectible Mode to return to Scene 10. Interact with the lock and enter 0827 to unlock it, earning you the hidden ‘Heartbreak’ achievement/trophy.

Cabin Padlock in Scene 13 (Cabin in the Woods)

The second padlock puzzle appears in Scene 13 of Tape 1, called ‘Cabin in the Woods’. As the girls stumble upon a mysterious cabin in the woods at night, Swann discovers a way inside. To continue, you must solve the padlock on the front door.

Start by locating the Old Sheet hanging on a wooden beam behind you. This sheet provides visual clues for the lock’s four dials, with the first dial already set. You need to find the remaining three symbols.

For the second symbol, head to the kitchen area and look up to find a rope handle for the trapdoor leading to the attic. Pull it, ascend into the attic, and turn around to see a crescent moon symbol on the far wall.

Next, for the third symbol, still in the kitchen, inspect the leftmost can on the stove, covered in spider webs. Flip it over to reveal a leaf symbol on the bottom.

Finally, for the fourth symbol, examine the bear trap hanging on the back wall. When you interact with it, it will snap shut, revealing a star symbol etched on the wood behind it.

With all symbols in hand, return to the front door and input the correct sequence into the padlock. This will unlock the door, allowing Swann and the other girls to explore the cabin and advance the story.

Blue Spruce Bar Gate Padlock in Scene 24 (Riot Grrrls)

The final padlock puzzle is found in Scene 24 of Tape 1, titled ‘Riot Grrrls’. As the girls prepare for their concert at Blue Spruce Bar, they need to find a power source. While searching, follow Autumn and Kat to the gate on the left side of the parking lot, which is secured by a padlock requiring a sequence of cardinal directions.

The solution is nearby. Head to Corey’s bike in front of the bar and check the bag’s contents. Inside, you'll find a Pager with a slip of paper under the clip. Flip the paper over to reveal a sequence of arrows, which is the key to unlocking the Blue Spruce Bar gate.

Return to the gate and enter the arrow sequence into the lock. This will grant access to the bar’s employee area, where you can find essential items like the Extension Cord, Power Outlet, and the Breaker Panel puzzle to restore power.
