Pokémon GO’s Fashion Week returns, bringing back beloved costumed Pokémon and introducing a stylish newcomer: Minccino and Cinccino in fashionable attire.

When is Costume Minccino Available?

Costume Minccino and Cinccino debuted during Fashion Week 2025, running from January 10th to 19th, 2025. These Pokémon sport chic rhinestone glasses and adorable bows. Costume Minccino has a Shiny variant, unlike its evolved form, Cinccino.

The event also features returning costumed Pokémon: Butterfree, Dragonite, Diglett, Blitzle, Kirlia, and Shinx. Furfrou, with its various forms, will also appear in the wild and Raids.

How to Catch Costume Minccino

Unlike previous releases, obtaining Costume Minccino is limited to two methods: Raids and paid research.

One-Star Raids

Costume Minccino appears in easily soloable One-Star Raids. However, One-Star Raids also feature Costume Shinx and Furfrou, requiring some searching to find a Minccino Raid.

Paid Timed Research

Field Research Tasks

While event-themed Pokémon encounters are available through Field Research Tasks, Niantic's blog doesn't specify which Pokémon. Free-to-play players may find other costumed Pokémon, but Minccino is primarily accessible via paid research.

Obtaining Costume Cinccino

To get Costume Cinccino, evolve your Costume Minccino using 50 Candies and a Unova Stone.
