Hearthstone Embraces Year of the Raptor with Exciting New Content!

What Does the Year of the Raptor Bring to Hearthstone?

One of the most anticipated updates is the revamp of the Arena. It's been in development since last year and is ready to launch, bringing a fresh experience to both new and veteran players. The Arena has been a staple since Hearthstone's early days, and this update promises to attract a new generation of enthusiasts.

Cosmetics are also getting a major upgrade. Look out for new Mythic skins, Signature cards, and the introduction of Pets. These adorable companions will be part of a new system for obtaining cosmetics, though Blizzard is keeping the specifics under wraps for now.

The Year of the Raptor officially begins with the first expansion, Into the Emerald Dream. Card reveals are set to start next week, and there's already an in-game celebration where you can earn rewards. Complete the Event Track to secure The Great Dark Beyond Epic cards, packs from the new expansion, and a special Raptor Herald card.

Alongside the expansion, a new evolving game board will be introduced. The Year of the Raptor board will be a constant throughout the year, receiving visual and audio updates with each new expansion to keep the gameplay dynamic and engaging.
