Genshin Impact Leak Teases Version 6.0 Zone
Genshin Impact Version 6.0 Leaks Reveal Nasha Town and Nod-Krai Locations
Recent leaks from Genshin Impact's beta servers suggest the locations of Nasha Town and Nod-Krai, both slated for release in Version 6.0. While the Natlan region is still under development, beta builds are gradually adding placeholders for Snezhnaya, the Cryo Nation ruled by the Tsaritsa. Snezhnaya's immense size, potentially exceeding even Sumeru and Liyue, necessitates a regional division, extending westward from Natlan and encompassing Fontaine to the north.
Early leaks hinted at Nod-Krai as a separate region in Version 6.0. However, recent datamining confirms its location as an autonomous province within Snezhnaya, acting as a crucial trade hub connecting the Cryo Nation to the rest of Teyvat. Liben's statements place Nod-Krai in Snezhnaya's southernmost area, suggesting player access through Fontaine or Natlan.
Leakflow, Extra, and footage from The_Strifemaster reveal a placeholder landmass in the Version 5.4 beta build, situated beneath Fontaine's western waterfalls. This landmass appears to connect to Mont Esus, a rumored Fontaine expansion. While this doesn't confirm Mont Esus's release timeframe, it strongly points towards the arrival of Nasha Town and Nod-Krai.
Understanding Nod-Krai in Genshin Impact
Nod-Krai is both a region and a city situated on Snezhnaya's southern border. Despite the Voynich Guild's attempts at maintaining order, it's known for its lawless nature. A significant Fatui stronghold, led by the popular Harbinger Dottore, operates within Nod-Krai. Nasha Town is a key settlement in the province, and its inhabitants reportedly possess power predating Teyvat's seven Elements.
Dividing Snezhnaya might be contentious, but its sheer size makes a single-year release unrealistic from narrative and development perspectives. With Natlan's Archon Quest concluding in Version 5.3, subsequent updates will likely pave the way for Snezhnaya's introduction. While Capitano's fate remains unclear, Natlan will introduce Skirk, a playable character linked to Khaenri'ah's Five Sinners. Barring delays, Version 6.0 is projected for September 10, 2025.
