Evercade Expands Atari, Technos Game Libraries with Pocket Editions

Evercade's Super Pocket handheld line expands with Atari and Technos editions! These new handhelds will feature classic games from the respective platforms. A limited-edition (2600 units) wood-grain Atari Super Pocket will also be available.
Game preservation is a hotly debated topic, but Evercade offers a legitimate alternative to expensive secondhand games or emulation. Following the successful Capcom and Taito releases, October 2024 will see the launch of the Atari and Technos Super Pocket handhelds.
A Retro Revival
The prevalence of retro emulation in handheld gaming makes official releases like Evercade's all the more welcome. While the limited-edition wood-grain Atari model might seem gimmicky to some, the broader appeal of official retro gaming on the go is undeniable. The Super Pocket's compatibility with existing Evercade cartridges allows for a seamless transition between handheld and home console play.
