2025 is shaping up to be a monumental year for DC Comics, and perhaps no upcoming project is more eagerly anticipated than the long-awaited Batman: Hush 2. It's a rare occurrence when DC's President, Publisher, and Chief Creative Officer, Jim Lee, takes the helm of a monthly Batman comic. Launching in March with Batman #158, this storyline serves as a direct sequel to the critically acclaimed Hush saga that originally ran from 2002 to 2004.

DC has provided fans with an extended preview of Batman #158, an early look at Batman #159, and a showcase of the numerous variant covers featured in Hush 2 (or H2sh, if you prefer). Explore the entire gallery in the slideshow below:

While DC has released several Hush-related storylines in the years following the original series, Batman: Hush 2 marks the first time the original creative team has reunited. This sequel brings back writer Jeph Loeb and artist Jim Lee, alongside inker Scott Williams, colorist Alex Sinclair, and letterer Richard Starkings.

Hush 2 continues from the recent epilogue featured in the Batman: Hush 20th Anniversary Edition. The Dark Knight has uncovered evidence that his childhood friend Tommy Elliot survived their last confrontation, setting the stage for a new mystery as Hush manipulates Batman's circle of allies and enemies.

Hush 2 will unfold across Batman #158-163, with the first issue, #158, hitting stores on March 26. Following this arc, DC plans to relaunch the series with a new #1 issue and a fresh costume, ushering in a new era for the Dark Knight under the creative direction of writer Matt Fraction and artist Jorge Jimenez.
