Who are the Draenei in Hearthstone's "The Great Dark Beyond"?

The Draenei are a new, cosmic minion type. Fans of Warcraft lore will recognize them as the "Exiled Ones," refugees from the Burning Legion, now seeking a new home in the Great Dark Beyond.

In Hearthstone, they're a permanent minion type with a nomadic theme, often synergizing with other Draenei cards through effects that benefit subsequent plays. They're united under their leader, Velen, creating a sense of cosmic family.

The core gameplay of "The Great Dark Beyond" revolves around customizable Starships. Collect Starship Pieces throughout the expansion; these function as regular minions. Upon defeat, their stats and effects are absorbed into your Starship, empowering it for a powerful deployment.

Each class with Starship cards (Death Knight, Demon Hunter, Druid, Hunter, Rogue, and Warlock) receives a unique Starship design. The Exile's Hope is a neutral location welcoming all classes.
