Killer11 or Killer7: Beyond?

During Grasshopper Manufacture's recent Grasshopper Direct, focusing primarily on the upcoming *Shadows of the Damned* remaster, the conversation turned to the possibility of both a Killer7 sequel and a complete edition.

Resident Evil Creator Wants Cult Classic, Killer7, to Get a Sequel By Suda51Killer7, a 2005 action-adventure game for GameCube and PlayStation 2, blends horror, mystery, and Suda51's signature over-the-top violence. The game follows Harman Smith and his seven distinct personalities, each with unique abilities. Despite its cult following, a sequel has remained elusive. Even after the 2018 PC remaster, Suda51 voiced his interest in revisiting the original vision.

He proposed a "Complete Edition" of Killer7, an idea Mikami jokingly dismissed. However, the discussion revealed that the original game's concept included extensive dialogue for the character Coyote, potentially restorable in a Complete Edition.

The mere suggestion of a sequel or a complete edition ignited considerable fan excitement. While nothing is confirmed, the developers' enthusiasm suggests a promising future for Killer7.

Mikami suggested fans would appreciate a Complete Edition, to which Suda51 responded that they would need to decide between "Killer7: Beyond" and the Complete Edition first.
