Clash of Clans March 2025 Update Revealed

Clash of Clans is preparing for a major update arriving in March 2025. The development team is implementing changes the community has requested for years. This update introduces one of the game's most substantial transformations, permanently retiring numerous legacy features.

Say Goodbye to Troop, Spell and Siege Machine Training Times!

Players can now launch consecutive attacks without delays, creating faster-paced combat encounters. Heroes immediately recover after battles, eliminating their downtime entirely. These improvements apply to Titan League and below, though Legend League maintains its current eight-battle daily limit.

This evolution continues Supercell's ongoing efforts to modernize Clash of Clans by removing outdated systems. Following the elimination of training costs in 2022, the complete removal of training timers empowers players to enjoy uninterrupted gameplay.

The March 2025 update includes several compensatory adjustments. Training Potions and Training Treats become redundant and will be phased out of purchase bundles. Existing inventory items will automatically convert into Gems.

Introducing the Match Anytime System

When live player bases are unavailable, the new Match Anytime feature enables attacks against snapshot bases. These preserved layouts represent actual shielded player villages.

These encounters provide standard battle rewards including resources and trophies, though defenders sustain no losses. Previously utilized in Clan Wars and Legend League, this technology now extends to multiplayer matchmaking.

Additional rebalancing affects trophy economics. With increased battle frequency, victory trophy rewards undergo reduction. Clan Castle request cooldowns now standardize at 10 minutes for all players.
