Chimchar-Themed Accessories Unveiled in Pokemon TCG Pocket's Wonder Pick Event Part Two

The excitement continues in Pokemon TCG Pocket as the second part of the latest Wonder Pick event is now live, running until February 21st. This segment introduces a variety of new Chimchar-themed accessories and a Poke Ball avatar icon, along with engaging missions that players can complete to earn these exciting new items.

If you're a fan of Chimchar, this event is a treat. You can now collect a Chimchar-themed Pokemon coin, card sleeve, and playmat that showcases its evolutions, Monferno and Infernape. While Chimchar might not rank in my personal top 100 Pokemon, the new accessories are a delightful addition for fans of this fiery monkey. On the other hand, if flaming monkeys aren't your thing, the Poke Ball icon might catch your eye. Although it may seem a bit plain to me, it's a classic choice and could be a perfect fit for someone's avatar. Personally, I'm sticking with my knitted Electrode until something more thrilling comes along.

It's Monkey Business in Pokemon TCG Pocket

The missions in this event are straightforward and achievable. To complete them, you need to perform six Wonder Picks and collect 10 Fire and Psychic-Type Pokemon. Each Wonder Pick rewards you with 100 Trade Tokens, while completing the other missions earns you varying amounts of Event Shop Tickets. With determination and a good supply of Wonder Hourglass, you can quickly secure these rewards.

If you've missed the start of the event, don't worry—all the goodies from the first part are still available until February 21st. These include a Chimchar backdrop and cover, a Cave of Crystals backdrop, and promo cards featuring Chimchar and the adorable Togepi.
