What Can You Do After You Finish Assassin’s Creed Shadows? Answered

Even after finishing the main storyline, Assassin’s Creed Shadows offers a wealth of activities. The vast open world set in Feudal Japan remains fully accessible, teeming with side content that you can explore at your leisure. Whether it’s completing side quests, discovering hidden locations, or engaging in various challenges, there's no shortage of things to do.
Additionally, the game will introduce new weekly challenges through the Animus post-launch, ensuring that even players who have achieved 100% completion will find new reasons to return.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows Epilogue and Endgame Explained
After the credits roll, the story of Assassin’s Creed Shadows might not be fully over. In my playthrough, the title and credits appeared after completing the Shinbakufu Objective Board and the main quests for Yasuke and Naoe. However, I hadn't yet unlocked the trophy for finishing Act 3 or The Epilogue.
To experience the true ending and epilogue, you must complete the personal stories of Naoe, Yasuke, and Junjiro. Once done, return to the Hideout and speak with Tomiko to unlock the complete ending and associated achievements.
Moreover, exclusive gear themed around the Assassins and Templars awaits at the end of the game. Naoe can earn Assassin-themed gear, while Yasuke can acquire Templar-themed sets. These sets not only offer unique perks that enhance each protagonist’s playstyle but also boast designs that will resonate with long-time fans of the Assassin’s Creed series.
As for endgame content, players can continue to level up their characters to reach the game’s maximum level cap long after the credits have rolled.
What’s Next For Assassin’s Creed Shadows?

Furthermore, a story expansion titled The Claws of Awaji is slated for release later in 2025. This DLC will transport players to the Island of Awaji, offering over 10 hours of additional content to explore.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows is available now on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
