Exciting news for Animal Crossing fans! Following the announcement of the online version's closure, Nintendo has revealed the release date for the anticipated offline successor: Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete. This revamped offline experience arrives on Android devices December 3rd.
What's in Store?
The free-to-play Pocket Camp will sunset on November 29th. Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete offers a reimagined gameplay experience as a one-time purchase. Priced at $9.99 until January 31st, 2025, the price increases to $19.99 thereafter.
This comprehensive package includes all seasonal items, events, and content accumulated since the original game's 2017 launch. Players will continue to design their dream campsite, choosing from over 10,000 items.
New Features:
Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete introduces exciting new features! Create personalized Camper Cards – your own unique trading card showcasing your style. Customize poses and colors, and exchange cards with other players! Watch the latest trailer below:
A new social hub, Whistle Pass, allows Camper Card friends to gather and enjoy virtual guitar jams under the stars. Additionally, players can transfer their existing Pocket Camp save data to the new version until June 2nd, 2025.
While offline, the game will require occasional internet access for time and account verification. All beloved seasonal events, from Halloween to summer festivals, will return.
