The story follows Lavi, a determined female hunter affiliated with the "Jagers of the North," as seen in the TV anime. In the year 1205 of the Seventh Calendar, Lavi, born and raised in Northumbria, joins the continent's largest troop of hunters to protect her homeland and to distinguish herself from her grandfather, Vlad, a former hero who betrayed their land.

Lavi's dedication to her duties often leads her to breach discipline, resulting in her being assigned to a platoon with fellow Jaeger Corps members Marty, Iselia, and Talion. Their mission? A daring espionage operation into the Erebonia Empire to gather intelligence on the mysterious "Hero of the Empire," a looming threat to Northumbria.

Under the supervision of Nippon Falcom Co., Ltd., this game meticulously recreates the world setting and story of "The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel: Northern War." As Lavi, you'll embark on an epic journey across the Zemuria continent, joined by characters from this title and unique friends from the "Kiseki series," delivering a classic RPG experience.
