The identity of the WWE 2K25 cover star remains a mystery, despite a Steam page leak suggesting a potential candidate. However, only the Xbox Twitter reveal provides confirmed information. The Xbox tweet, celebrating WWE RAW's Netflix debut, featured the aforementioned wrestlers, prompting fan discussions and questions about Xbox Game Pass availability. Many praised the improved likeness of Cody Rhodes and Liv Morgan in the new screenshots.
Confirmed Playable Characters:
- CM Punk
- Damien Priest
- Liv Morgan
- Cody Rhodes
While these four wrestlers are confirmed, the full WWE 2K25 roster remains undisclosed. Significant roster changes within WWE, including departures and new signings, fuel fan anticipation and speculation about which current favorites will be included. Players are hoping to see the Bloodline members Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga, and the Wyatt 6 in their updated personas.
Although the initial announcement came from Xbox, WWE 2K25 is expected to launch on PlayStation and PC platforms as well. Whether it will be exclusive to current-gen consoles remains unconfirmed.
