Wuthering Waves' Whisperwind Haven: A Guide to Solving the Overflowing Palette Puzzles

The Overflowing Palette puzzles in Wuthering Waves' Whisperwind Haven are a series of color-matching challenges. Players must dye blocks to a specific color within a set number of steps, as indicated in the bottom-left corner. Success unlocks rewards, including the Resonate Calcite crafting material.

Solving the Puzzles:

Each puzzle presents a grid of blocks and a selection of dyes. The goal is to make all blocks the same color using the provided dyes. The solution involves a specific sequence of dye applications. Incorrect steps may not lead to a solution.

Overflowing Palette Locations and Solutions:

Here are the locations and solutions for the four Overflowing Palette puzzles in Whisperwind Haven:

Location #1: Inside Egla Town cave (southeast of the Rinascita-Whisperwind Haven-Egla Town Resonance Beacon). To turn all blocks green:

1. Use yellow dye on red blocks.
2. Use blue dye on yellow blocks.
3. Use green dye on blue blocks.

Solving this puzzle triggers a call and initiates the "When Colors Fade" quest.

Location #2: Northwest of Egla Town, near the large lake. To turn all blocks red:

1. Use blue dye on the top yellow blocks.
2. Use green dye on the blue squares and the lower yellow blocks.
3. Use red dye on all green blocks.

Location #3: Northwest of the Rinascita-Ragunna-Whisperwind Haven northern Resonance Beacon, by a lake. To turn all blocks blue:

1. Use red dye on green blocks.
2. Use yellow dye on red blocks.
3. Use blue dye on yellow blocks.

Location #4: Northeast of Polyphemos Windmills (access by teleporting to the city's Resonance Beacon and jumping from the northeastern edge). To turn all blocks yellow:

1. Use blue dye on green blocks.
2. Use red dye on blue blocks.
3. Use yellow dye on red blocks.

Using Resonate Calcite:

Resonate Calcite, obtained by solving these puzzles, can be exchanged for valuable items. Visit Vida at the Stillwind Grocery in Egla Town to trade your Resonate Calcite for Poetry, Paean Weapon chests, and upgrade materials.
