Upcoming Pokemon GO Event Adding 2 New Paldean Pokemon

Pokemon GO's Fashion Week: Taken Over event, launching January 15th, introduces Shroodle and Grafaiai, the Gen IX Poison/Normal-type Pokémon. This event, running until January 19th at 8 PM local time, offers a special research quest to rescue Shadow Palkia and increased encounters with Shadow Pokémon.

Key Event Features:

• New Pokémon Debut: Shroodle hatches from 12km eggs, evolving into Grafaiai with 50 Shroodle Candy.
• Surprise Encounters: Snapshots taken during the event may lead to a fashionable Croagunk encounter.
• Team GO Rocket Surge: Increased appearances at PokéStops and in balloons.
• Shadow Pokémon Encounters: Shadow Taillow, Snivy, Tepig, Oshawott, Trubbish, and Bunnelby will appear.
• Shadow Raids: One-star raids feature Shadow Nidoran♀, Nidoran♂, Totodile, and Ralts. Three-star raids include Shadow Electabuzz, Magmar, and Wobbuffet. Remote Raid Passes are usable for the first time in these raids.
• Event Bonuses: Charged TMs can purify Shadow Pokémon's Frustration attack. Field research tasks reward Mysterious Components, Charged TMs, and Fast TMs.
• In-Game Additions: A special research story to save Shadow Palkia, Collection Challenges, Showcases, and a 300-coin bundle (Incubator, Rocket Radar, Premium Battle Pass) in the shop.
