Sony Slashes PS5 and PS5 Pro Prices in 2025 Days of Play Promo

Sony has officially announced price reductions across various products during its Days of Play 2025 promotional event. In a detailed post on the PlayStation Blog, Sony revealed that the event will run from May 28 to June 11, starting at 12:01 am and ending at 11:59 pm local time in each region.
During the event, significant deals will be available on PS5 console offerings. In the United States and Canada, the PlayStation 5 console – Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Bundle (both Digital and Standard editions) will be offered starting at $399.99 USD / $509.99 CAD. This represents a savings of up to $119.99 USD / $159.99 CAD compared to purchasing the items separately. In select regions like Europe and Asia, the PlayStation 5 console (both Digital and Standard editions) will be on sale, starting at €399.99 / £339.99 / ¥65,980. Additionally, a $50 USD discount will be applied to the PlayStation 5 Pro console.
The promotional event also extends to PS5 accessories and games. Customers can enjoy a $50 USD discount on the PlayStation VR2 and the PlayStation VR2 Horizon Call of the Mountain Bundle. Other accessories on sale include the Pulse Explore wireless earbuds and the DualSense Edge wireless controller, both with a $30 USD discount, while the Access controller and the DualSense wireless controller will each see a $20 USD reduction. Gamers can also take advantage of various discounts on popular PS5 titles such as Astro Bot, MLB The Show 25, The Last of Us Part II Remastered, and LEGO Horizon Adventures.
For those interested in joining PlayStation Plus during the Days of Play 2025, there's an opportunity to save up to 33% on select 12-month memberships. Current PlayStation Plus Essential or Extra members can also benefit from a 33% discount when upgrading to PlayStation Plus Premium/Deluxe, applied to the remaining duration of their current membership.
