PlayStation Productions Unveils Ambitious Slate of Game Adaptations at CES 2025

PlayStation Productions made a splash at CES 2025, announcing a significant expansion of its video game adaptation pipeline. The January 7th presentation revealed several projects slated for release in 2025 and beyond.

The showcase highlighted several key adaptations:

  • Ghost of Tsushima: Legends Anime Series: A new anime series based on Ghost of Tsushima: Legends, a co-op mode from the acclaimed game, is in development with Crunchyroll and Aniplex, set for an exclusive Crunchyroll premiere in 2027. Takanobu Mizumo will direct, Gen Urobuchi will handle story composition, and Sony Music will contribute to the soundtrack.
