Optimal Victoria Hand Deck

This powerhouse card-generation deck centers around Victoria Hand and Devil Dinosaur. The synergy is amplified by: Quinjet, Mirage, Frigga, Valentina, Cosmo, The Collector, Agent Coulson, Agent 13, Kate Bishop, and Moon Girl.

Card Cost Power
Victoria Hand 2 3
Devil Dinosaur 5 3
The Collector 2 2
Quinjet 1 2
Agent Coulson 3 4
Agent 13 1 2
Mirage 2 2
Frigga 3 4
Kate Bishop 2 3
Moon Girl 4 5
Valentina 2 3
Cosmo 3 3

Flexible slots (Agent 13, Kate Bishop, Frigga) can be replaced with Iron Patriot, Mystique, or Speed.

Deck Synergies:

  • Victoria Hand buffs cards generated in your hand.
  • Agent Coulson, Agent 13, Mirage, Frigga, Valentina, Kate Bishop, and Moon Girl generate cards. (Frigga and Moon Girl also duplicate key cards.)
  • Quinjet reduces the cost of generated cards.
  • The Collector's power increases with each generated card.
  • Cosmo protects your key cards (Devil Dino and Victoria Hand) from enemy attacks.
  • Devil Dinosaur is your win condition, ideally played after Moon Girl or with multiple generated cards in hand.

Note: There are reports of Victoria Hand potentially buffing enemy-generated cards or cards that change locations. This may be a bug or an unintended interaction; clarification is needed.

Effective Victoria Hand Gameplay

  1. Energy Management: Balance card generation and energy expenditure. A full hand maximizes Devil Dinosaur's growth, but you need energy to generate cards and utilize Victoria Hand's effect. Skipping turns to maintain a full hand is sometimes crucial.
  2. Strategic Deception: Use unexpected card plays to mislead your opponent and disrupt their strategy.
  3. Ongoing Lane Protection: Protect your Victoria Hand lane with Cosmo to counter tech cards like Enchantress. Playing Devil Dinosaur and Victoria Hand in the same lane creates a powerful Ongoing setup.

Discard Deck Variant

Victoria Hand also excels in discard decks. Pair her with: Helicarrier, MODOK, Morbius, Scorn, Blade, Apocalypse, Swarm, Corvus Glaive, Colleen Wing, Lady Sif, and The Collector.

Card Cost Power
Victoria Hand 2 3
Helicarrier 6 10
Morbius 2 0
Lady Sif 3 5
Scorn 1 2
Blade 1 3
Corvus Glaive 3 5
Colleen Wing 2 4
Apocalypse 6 8
Swarm 2 3
The Collector 2 2
MODOK 5 8

Countering Victoria Hand

Super Skrull is an effective counter, particularly useful against both Victoria Hand and Doctor Doom 2099 decks. Shadow King and Enchantress are also strong options; Shadow King removes buffs from one lane, while Enchantress disables all Ongoing effects. Valkyrie can disrupt power distribution in key lanes.

Is Victoria Hand Worth It?

Absolutely. Whether acquired through the Spotlight Cache or Tokens, Victoria Hand provides significant value. While her effectiveness depends somewhat on RNG, her consistent buffs make her a valuable asset in both card-generation and discard decks. Her versatility makes her a must-have for many players.
