Kingdom Come: Restful Nights Revealed
Rest and Recuperation in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Sleep is paramount in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, offering a crucial way to fully restore health without relying solely on food and potions. This guide details where to find a place to rest your weary head.
Securing a Bed
Early in the game, securing your own bed is vital. Progressing through either the blacksmith (Radovan) or miller (Kreyzl) questlines, initiated during the "Wedding Crashers" quest, will grant you access to a bed. Radovan's location in Tachov offers closer proximity to the starting area. Completing his smithing tutorial unlocks a bed in the room adjacent to the forge.
This bed will be marked on your map, and a nearby chest provides convenient storage. Return here whenever you require rest and healing.
Utilizing Campsites
When immediate access to your bed is impossible, numerous campsites scattered throughout the game world offer alternative resting spots. While some may be occupied by bandits requiring prior engagement, others are unoccupied. These campsites are marked on your map, and interacting with the bedrolls allows for sleep. Comfort levels may be lower than a proper bed, but they effectively restore health.
Sleeping in NPCs' beds is a last resort. Discovery may lead to a confrontation with guards unless successfully resolved through dialogue.
