Find Tomcat at the Nomads' Camp (near the Cumans' Camp and Bozhena's Hut). Complete "Combat Training I," a relatively straightforward task. Then, save your game before engaging in "Combat Training II," a much more difficult challenge. Defeating Tomcat in this second training session will unlock the Master Strike.
