Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade Goes Global

The highly anticipated mobile game, Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade, finally has a global release date: November 7th, 2024! This marks a significant event for fans, with over 5 million pre-registrations already secured. Developed by Toho Games and Sumzap Inc., and distributed by Bilibili Games on Android, the game boasts a worldwide launch in nine languages, including English, French, and Spanish.

For the uninitiated, Jujutsu Kaisen is a phenomenally successful anime series based on Gege Akutami's manga, serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since 2018. The anime's popularity skyrocketed after its October 2020 debut, followed by the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 movie in December 2021 and the recently concluded second season. Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade is the franchise's first-ever mobile game adaptation.
Initially launched in Japan in November 2023, the game surpassed 6 million downloads by August 2024 and even received the "Best IP Game" award at the Sensor Tower APAC Awards 2023. The global release promises a fresh experience, including a new story set in Fukuoka, alongside the beloved Season 1 anime storyline.
This command battle RPG allows players to wield Cursed Techniques, battling formidable Cursed Spirits in engaging gameplay. The unique "Domain Investigations" feature adds another layer of challenge, tasking players with conquering Cursed Spirits across multiple floors with their leveled-up characters.
